Google has Launched Voice and Video Chat, Its inside inside Gmail

Today Google starts rolling out voice and video chat inside Gmail—which requires a free browser plug-in download. Also you will require a webcam and/or microphone. From Google Justin Uberti explains it as follows:

Once the plug-in is installed, for starting the video chat, go to the "Video & more" menu at the bottom of your google mail chat window, and simply choose "Start video chat." by clicking it. You'll have to wait for a few seconds to make sure you look presentable while it's ringing. Then you can see and hear your friend live, right from within Gmail chat/mail account. You can click the "pop-out" icon if you need the video in a larger window as required also you can choose the fullscreen icon from the upper-left corner for a full window experience.

How to Monetize Hot Keywords

How to Monetize Hot Keywords

Understand the right meaning of "hot" keywords! These are NOT the miracle-ones (mesothelioma, asbestosis or others like these) but are the smartly-chosen ones. The art is how to choose and use them.

Monetize "hot" keywords! But how? Surely not by building sites around high-paying keywords! It's a huge mistake and we'll explain further why.

We're here to comment not so much on how to optimize your site from the keywords' point of view (it's not anything extraordinary and we've already sketched it out in How to Improve Content to Attract Targeted Ads) but on how to make the best out of the hot keywords in your niche of interest and especially on the luring topic of using the so-called "golden" keywords to make sites -- the many lists of miracle keywords "that're just waiting out there to fill your pockets with money!"

How to use top paying keywords lists

Now, it's one thing to chose a topic and build a site around it and another to find and monetize hot keywords in your area of interest if you already have a site.

Starting your AdSense website

There are some hints on topics you can use:

  • Sites on any topic that has something to do with commerce are better paying than purely content sites.

  • No matter what your topic is, if it touches in any way the subject money, you should try to use this, as money is always a matter of interest.

"Hot" keywords lists can be of use only with the purpose of fine tuning when choosing from the multitude of topics in your area of interest, so as to give you an idea on what niche sites to develop, focusing on the high bidding subjects.

Getting the best out of your website

The difficulty in using the best fitted keywords for your website and making them work for you lies in the fact that you must reconcile on one hand SEO and on the other hand AdSense optimization. In most cases, the set of the most wanted keywords is not quite the same for both. Usually, SEO requires mostly keywords based on their popularity. AdSense publishers look for those keywords on which advertisers pay high amounts per click. Moreover, there is the imperative of using the ones that will make your page theme-relevant. The science is keeping these into your attention and knowing how to combine them all. Fortunately it can be done, for many times the three classes overlap, and it's these points you should "squeeze"!

Steps for success:

Keyword choice -- Use the keywords lists to optimize your choice of keywords so as to include also high paying ones.

Keyword optimization -- Optimize your content from the point of view of keywords' density and placement.

Keyword tracking -- See if you've done a good job. Use a specialized software for this.

How NOT to use top paying keywords lists

Do not start from ranging keywords after their monetary value and then pick the highest paying ones and just produce some content around them.

A great amount of sites were built around high paying keywords with the sole intention of producing money. Well, it may have worked for a very little while in the beginning but AdSense doesn't work this way. For not only is it labeled as offence against Google's Program Policies (and you risk being banned from the program) but it's not worth the effort either. Let's see why:

Artificially created websites

Think a little: if you are so smart as to take high-paying keywords and turn them into topics for your pages, aren't the guys from Google at least as smart as you to take their precautions against this type of tricks? The smart pricing will leave you barehanded in these cases.

However, if you have the resources and the ability to make your site a good one, with great content, around some top paying keywords you can go ahead and do it, no one can recommend you not to, or demonstrate you've done it particularly for this purpose. But, it might prove not worth the effort. For even if you create a good site and succeed to "outsmart" smart pricing you still have no guarantee of success: the keyword prices on hot lists are not guaranteed to be true, besides, even if they were true, the final value would be influenced by many other factors (e.g.: time, region, etc).

Then, there is a fierce competition in the niches for this type of keywords; the market is saturated on the industries that pay highly on advertising (debt, finance, mortgage, insurance), and you'll have a hard time trying to break through. So, in these conditions, it is highly improbable for you to be chosen by Google for the ads from the highest bidders. Probably you'll end up with lower positioned ads (paying much less) on your pages. Earning less per click but at a constant pace will make a better, steadier revenue source.

So, you can forget about the whole fuss made on the famous mesothelioma or asbestosis and about the equally famous mortgage, debt, loan, interest unless you're really into it!
